We loved seeing jim for our physical therapy needs. Unfortunately he has left but the new therapist seems just as thorough as him and we are excited to see what is in store with the new building renovations!

Claims to be busy even with no customers, Dr. Will sit in office chatting while you wait. Emphasises how he wants to help you but is only worried about his paycheck. Plenty other options in town.

I went to Jim in hopes of relieving back and neck pain I had been living with for several years. After just one evaluation visit, Jim was able to describe to me the source of my pain. He immediately put me on an exercise program designed to specifically target the areas I needed to work on. Through Jim’s coaching, I was able to get myself back to a comfortable lifestyle in six weeks. Poor posture is a reality in today’s world. Jim can help!

Jim Madera is the best physical Therapist I have ever been to, all of my 62 years. My right knee just would not straighten, the arthritis caused extensive pain. Jim treated me as a person with respect along with understanding of my pain.Within a few short weeks I was pain free, then soon after my knee was back in place. I no longer have a chronic bend in my knee. The arthritis will not go away yet now I have the tools to help make it better. My very favorite was aqua and light therapy, the exercises were perfect and easy to do. The manual manipulation was given with great respect, even with my heavy set body, there were no judgements in anyway.I highly recommend Finger Lakes Physical Therapy.Sincerely,Grandma's Janet

I was recommended to Jim by my Neurologist Dr. Garret Morris in Canandaigua. I had serious back issues and a lot of pain. The next step for me was possible surgery. I was experiencing severe shooting pain down my right leg. I had to epidural steriod shots that were not very successful. I was barely able to walk into Jim Modera's office 2 months ago. Today I was able to walk out with no pain. I just have to maintain the excerise program that Jim prepared just for me in hopes that I will not face back surgery. It was truly a wonderful experience working with Jim and his staff.
